A former middle school cafeteria worker in Minnesota has pleaded guilty to sending sexually explicit text messages and nude pictures to a 15-year-old student.

Krista Ann Muccio, 44, of Inver Grove Heights, pleaded guilty Thursday to a felony count of sending sexually explicit content to a minor after arguing for years that the messages she sent to the student were constitutionally protected free speech under the First Amendment, KARE reported.

The Star Tribune reported that Muccio entered the guilty plea under the condition that the court would drop a charge of possessing pornographic work involving minors.

In November 2014, Muccio—a lunch lady at Inver Grove Heights Middle School—used Instagram’s direct messaging feature to send explicit photos to a 15-year-old student and asked that he send “something in return,” according to the Twin Cities Pioneer Press.

And I bet there was no coercion to testify to save his own ass from social and moral pressures in his community.

As with most things, life is complicated. It is hard to say when damage has been done and who did it. Ig he didn't get any diseases and no-one got pregnant, then is the mere act of having sex with an older woman harmful? Was he coerced in a harmful way? If he was coerced, would he have had to be coerced if he had lived in a more permissive society? How much of the harm was done due to the conflict between the boy's natural sexual curiosity and the repressive morals of his community?

You once told a story about a person you knew who's life was ruined by pot because he was arrested and jailed for smoking it and now he has a criminal record that stops him from living a productive life - and the question it lead me to ask was - which did the most harm, the smoking of the pot or the law?

Some stuff is clearly harmful, like when duress is demonstrated or when someone is abusing infants or very young children or when people are grooming and recruiting for the sex trade or sex slavery - but a huge amount of the stories I read are not like that and quite a bit of the "coercion" is not around talking people into sex but in keeping the secret because of the huge social costs of being found out. I bet if those costs were lower then that sorts of coercion would not happen.

Senior U.N. Official Facing Pedophilia Charges in Nepal

A United Nations humanitarian worker and one of the world’s leading experts working with street children and kids affected by war has been arrested on pedophilia charges.

Canadian Peter Dalglish, who helped found the charity Street Kids International was arrested in Nepal this week, Xinhua news reports.

Nepalese police claim Dalglish, 60, had enticed children with foreign trips and better schooling before sexually abusing them in a district 30 miles north of the capital, Kathmandu.

Two children, ages 12 and 14, have come forward to accuse the aide-worker of abuse.

“Under the guise of community worker, claiming to educate poor kids and provide necessary support, he had been sexually exploiting these children. We have developed a sound network to track down and arrest pedophiles entering Nepal. We had been following Dalglish’s activities for the last two weeks after we were tipped about his activities,” Nepalese Deputy Inspector General of Police, Pushkar Karki told the Kathmandu Post.

According to Fox News, UCSB’s student-run “SexInfo Online” consists of “sexperts” answering questions about various topics around sexuality. One of those topics involved children, and how they should be allowed to discover sexuality.

And when I say children, I mean that in the literal sense. According to Fox News, the site was attempting to encourage parents to allow children as young as four to touch each other’s genitals because that’s “perfectly normal.”

But i am sure the moment it is a 4 year old boy touching a girls genitals, the boy will be accused of rape.

At this time, colleges are busy coming down hard on any male who dares express his sexuality in even the safest and most consensual of terms. A girl can give enthusiastic consent at the time of sexual intercourse, but then later regret it, and suddenly the male will find himself guilty of rape. I wish that were hyperbole as well, but it’s not.

However, this college was essentially encouraging children to touch each other with glee. They claimed this is not something the parents should step in to stop, but encourage and applaud.

Modern liberalism is a mental disorder. Academia promoting sexual activity between 4-7 year olds is textbook pedophilia grooming.
