You are assuming that only non residents, dead people, illegal aliens, and convicts are Democrats. Whyzzat?

For the same reason that the Republicans are. Because they have vetted them through their databases and have demographically determined that they are likely Democratic voters - for example if they are registered Democrats.

In fact Democrats are the majority of those living eligible voters they are purging. The Republicans don't like purging dead voters because then they wouldn't be able to get them to vote Republican. You refuse to accept the simple fact that the purged voters are Democratic because you like Republican party. If the Dems were doing it to Republicans under the same excuses (and breaking the same laws) you would be screaming bloody murder right now. You just don't like seeing fouls called against your team - you don't object to the fouls, of course, just the calls.

McDeath, you posted links to 7 different articles, but you went out of your way to avoid posting a real link to how that list of people was arrived at and the fact that they were given adequate time to contest.

Nor did you give fair coverage to how the voter clean up was purposely hindered by the Obama administration for almost a year, and then told Florida to stop purging the rolls because time had run out.

The legal immigrants that I have met are very proud of their status and most can reach right in their wallet and pull out the papers proving that status, picture ID and all. It doesn't ring true that it is a hardship for these people, when most of them like showing off their new citizenship papers.

On the other hand it is very hard for people who have moved from Florida to convince the Florida polling officials to let them vote when their picture ID says they live out of state.

And lastly, it is a real inconvenience for the dead people to prove they are still qualified to vote in Florida, having to rise from the grave and all.
