She's faded somewhat into obscurity again but is still on the go:

Decent money still to be had on Twitter for troll accounts. A friend of mine has a football related one with nowhere near this engagement and says it's a good source of pocket money.

Community noted but not before getting over a million views and several thousand likes. Ticks lots of boxes: Adrenochrome & baby blood. Clinton, Kerry, and the Obamas, all executed and replaced by clones. And Michelle Obama is actually a man called Michael, of course.
The account has 20k followers. Q-anon is back and positively thriving on Twitter again. And that account is making decent money peddling this nonsense.
