Well duh!
Having lived in New Awlins, I can say that there is not an adult in the city that doesn't know they're living on the edge of disaster.
It was always funny to watch the tourists stand next to the Mississippi river levee while a big ship passed by.
A little bit of shock and awe :shock: when they realized that ship was floating thirty feet above their heads.
