Realising the people you work with are young enough that you could have fathered them.

And having one of them try to set you up on a date with their mother who was born 5 months before you were..

Also grey hairs.

How awkward it feels to find yourself admiring a beautiful young woman.
That's the main one. Of course there's the moment you realise the fat old git looking at you from the shop window is your reflection. The funny achy pain in the thumb that means it will rain soon. No bus is worth running for, there will be another one. When the young guy at motor vehicles puts down "gray" under "hair colour" on your license renewal.
