She told them to go back to India, they replied they were born in Africa, they were"African -Americans" too So my guess is India by way of one of the African English colonies like South Africa

Yes, born in Uganda and raised in the UK. They have no idea - they aren't from around there. Her rant is essentially the "immigrants are taking our jobs" rant, but there's more to it than that.
The crack in the black neighbourhoods really did happen and it really was a part of Ronnie "Say No to Drugs" Reagan's plan to help the Contras and the coke was directed to black neighbourhoods so that the far more valuable whites wouldn't have to bear the burden. Stuff goes on and the blacks aren't just paranoid.
