predictable results .... First the hype ... Carrasquillo and a crew of #Occupy Wall Street protesters have begun cleaning up the two-story brick house, whose exterior they decorated with banners and signs saying, “Foreclose On Banks Not People.” then the reality ... The walls are torn down, the plumbing is ripped out and the carpeting has been plucked from the floor.. http://www.nypost.com/p/news/opinion/how_occupy_went_wrong_PbpcKJgxQg1FiU4D7vdefI#ixzz1mtq7Lj8x'
I am just waiting for the Communist "teh leader" to emerge for the Occupy crowd. Most of the original ideas aren't wrong, even most original Tea Party members would agree. The way everything turned out and how everything is still being guided, these people have been made into useful idiots. Venting rage in no particular area except to destroy your own community, instead of focusing your rage where it should be.
Problem is - since Occupy has no leader it's hard to know who are Occupy and who is not - it's mostly an idea that anyone can put on and wear. Without the encampments to rally around the groups splinter into doing their own little actions and you have no idea whether they are Occupy activists or copper thieves that are taking over a house.
I get frustrated with the helpful auto complete ... edited 3x to get first link fixed, and it helpfully broke the second link
