Light snow started falling in Denver on Thursday as it braces for a major winter storm that is expected to blast some areas with up to two feet in a few days.

Targets? I wasn't aware that storms chose where they released their ferocity.

If it's anything like a hurricane, science doesn't know squat on where it's going to zero in on. Come and live in Florida for a few hurricane seasons and you too can learn to sneer at hurricane projection models that should be rock solid after all these decades.

They have improved, I will give them that. In the past was a complete joke, even well into the 90's.

Last couple of years, the path predictions have been horrid, absolutely horrid. Last hurricane season was a prime example of not knowing crap and then showing the world they didn't know crap by all those fancy model predictions.
