not sure what Rep Serrano is thinking, but I sure DON'T like this idea.

This comes up every few years. Last time was 2005, I believe. Never goes anywhere.
 
BTW... "King Obama"? At least "King George" made sense. But then again, I suppose this is an admission that Obama inherits the dictatorial powers for the executive branch that the Bush administration worked so hard to put in place.
 
We don't have term limits in the UK but I believe we should. Then again, our system of so-called democracy has a lot more wrong with it than term limits.
