Protesters have been returning to Tahrir square for a while now angry that the military (which is basically the old regime minus Mubrarak) are still in control. It's resulted in clashes with liberal use of tear gas. Seven tons of tear gas just arrived from the US but port officials refused to sign for it. That didn't stop the Ministry of Interior getting a hold of it and moving it to a storage facility.
