Eddie Izzard... I get to see him Friday

He's a bit of a nutter, that one. Makes me laugh.
 
I used to go and see him every year. Probably seen about ten of his gigs over the years and all but one of them were absolutely top notch.
Even the weaker gig wasn't *too* bad - still did a fair bit of laughing and giggling.

I have a feeling you'll enjoy it.
 
I've been waiting to see him for about 10 years now, since Dress To Kill. I've never been within 200 miles of where he's playing. Now, tomorrow, he's going to the Warner Theater here in DC, which is still a bitch to get to (have to take the metro) but it's going to be worth it (I hope)...
