In a previous thread it was suggested that without God atheists are sociopathic. I think this illustrates how Christianity sells itself. If people like Phil are only in control of themselves because they want to appease an idealized paternalistic deity then we seriously need some more mental institutions.

here's my fantasy:
that scum like him (and cheney) get arrested, brought to trial and sent to jail. Because that's how civilized people handle criminals.
