Discontinuing the news...

Hi guys,

Since "they" (whomever they are) are now placing adverts in the news articles, I will be discontinuing the front page news thingy until a suitable workaround can be found.

I'm also at the point where we need to upgrade the site's software. Unfortunately the theme we currently use has been discontinued and is no longer compatible with the new software, so I will be working to find a new theme/layout that works.

If I get a wild hair and you show up and see a new site, don't panic. Really..

No worries Wayne.

On the plus side, you don't have to worry about including support for 20 year old browser software, or a userbase intent on using it come what may.

It'll be interesting to see what you come up with!
