Today's laws are written that if an actual vote is cast for a dead person it is illegal. It's good the reporters left. Had they carried out their action they would be carrying out an illegal activity. Voter ledgers are, AFAIK, public record. Who they voted for is not. It'd be more interesting to see them audit post vote to see how many dead people really did vote.
