This type of twisting of the truth goes on all the time and has done for as long as I can remember.

As always, from Greenwald's piece:
To see how blatantly false The Guardian’s claims are, all one needs to do is compare the claims about what Assange said in the interview to the text of what he actually said.

Good advice that I seem to remember also applied to some of his own articles when Greenwald worked there. The editorial bias of the newspaper usually shines through and sometimes not very honestly.

This was true for Clinton/Trump (pro-Clinton), EU referendum (pro-Remain), Scottish referendum (pro-No) and every UK election (pro-Labour) since I first read the Guardian, around 30 years ago.

Having said that, The Guardian is no worse than any other UK paper for this and in many respects is still one of the better sources of the truth.

Next step - Milo is literally Hitler, and then they can declare war on him.
I'm pretty appalled by that picture if it's genuine.

It was from Milo's own official Facebook page...

As I said, if genuine. A better source for what CNN said about Milo might be CNN, rather than Milo. Not saying it ain't so - just pointing out a logic fail.

Well I did a quick look of CNN Twitter and didn't find it, but i did find these.

Yup, just erupted out of nothing. Divine intervention ya know.
"Hate speech", that's close enough in my book. Chances are Milo's legal team threatened CNN and they pulled the original tweet, thus the screenshot. What is still up is bad enough for me to believe it.

CNN are by far the worst "fake news" outlet out there right now.

If a Democrat's mouth is moving, or their propaganda arms are reporting anything, you can rest assured it is fake news.

Computers Of House Democrats Were Compromised And There Were No Russians Involved

Five House employees are under criminal investigation amid allegations that they stole equipment from more than 20 member offices and accessed House IT systems without lawmakers’ knowledge.

Access to the House network was terminated for the five employees — four men and a woman — on Thursday afternoon, but it’s up to individual lawmakers to fire the staffers in question, according to a senior House official. The official said most members are proceeding with termination.

The staffers have not been arrested.

All lawmakers targeted by the alleged scam were victims and had no idea what crimes might have been committed by their employees, House sources said.

The employees allegedly stole equipment from members’ offices without their knowledge and committed serious, potentially illegal, violations of House IT policies.

Abid Awan, Imran Awan and Jamal Awan, are three brothers who worked within the IT department for members of the House Permanent Intelligence Committee.

the House Intelligence Committee is part of the deepest oversight network with responsibility over the most sensitive and secretive government intelligence, including covert anti-terrorism activity.

This oversight committee would have been given an advance briefing about the raid in Yemen . Would seem the firing is suspiciously related to the compromised Yemen raid, guessing an arrest would generate too much bad publicity for the committee members about why these individuals were hired, and why not arrested.

Fake news 18th century style

When Charles Edward Stuart led his Jacobite army through England in November and December 1745, one senior member of his staff noted that they seldom saw any children. The reason for this soon became clear. Their parents were hiding them away for fear that they might be eaten by the wild Highlanders. Anti-Jacobite propaganda, spread by the gutter press of the day, had told them the men from North Britain were murderers, rapists and cannibals, particularly partial to babies and young children.

Cameron of Lochiel reassured one woman that he was not going to eat her children before she dared bring them out of the cupboard where she had hidden them. Charles himself did the same for a Quaker woman living near Carlisle, in whose house he was going to spend the night. When he asked about the groaning coming from underneath the bed, the women burst into hysterical tears. She’d borne seven children, the one under the bed being the only survivor. She didn’t have much food in the house and she was terrified the prince and his companions were going to roast her five-year-old daughter on the spit over the fire for their supper.

Congress IT Probe Suspects Had Massive Debts, Years Of Suspicious Activity

"Brothers Imran, Abid, and Jamal Awan and Hina Alvi, Imran’s wife, each made $160,000 a year as information technology workers for the House. Their salaries and time were shared among dozens of Democratic members, including former Democratic National Committee Chairman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz of Florida. The lawmakers also include members of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the House Committee on Foreign Affairs."

"some Democrats who shared the payroll for the four have not terminated their employment, including Wasserman, who employs Imran and who resigned last year when it was learned the DNC’s computer system had been hacked. Derrick Robinson, spokesman for California Rep. Karen Bass, refused to comment on Alvi’s employment status."

A Muslim Brotherhood Security Breach in Congress

Last year, eight members of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence issued a demand that their staffers be granted access to top secret classified information.

The signatories to the letter were Andre Carson, Luis Guiterez, Jim Himes, Terri Sewell, Jackie Speier, Mike Quigley, Eric Swalwell and Patrick Murphy. All the signatories were Democrats.

....because no one would ever email themselves an important document before travelling, to be printed out later? Shit. Who knew my best man speech at my buddy's wedding in New Orleans was a plant? (I literally did exactly that. I emailed it to myself and printed it when I got there.)

While it is possible that's a planted question... I'd put the burden of proof much, much higher.

Oh how soon they forget.

Donna Brazile is totally not sorry for leaking CNN debate questions to Hillary Clinton

Donna Brazile is not apologizing for leaking CNN debate questions and topics to the Hillary Clinton campaign during the Democratic primary. Her only regret, it seems, is that she got caught.

“My conscience — as an activist, a strategist — is very clear,” the interim chair of the Democratic National Committee said Monday during a satellite radio interview with liberal activist and SiriusXM host Joe Madison. She added that “if I had to do it all over again, I would know a hell of a lot more about cybersecurity.”

Would you make the subject of the email to yourself
"My Question" or "Your Question"?

I think I made it "Don't lose this shit!" If I remember correctly.

Still, have you ever looked through an old person's email? It's all over the board. Neither sounds unreasonable.
